Smart Parking


SmartParking Australia offers a compelling solution to the challenge of limited parking space.

Smart Parking  is a space and cost efficient robotic parking system that can expand your parking capacity up to 8 times.


The system is a patented enginering solution that expands parking capacity verticaly freeing up valuable land space. With a minimal  footprint of only 2 parking lots (appoximatley 32sqm), you can expand your parking facility to accomodate up to 16 cars or 12 SUV's can be parked easily.


Introduced in Korea since 1998, there are currently more than 400 sets of Smart Parking installed in Seoul. With the success in Korea Smart Parking has now been installed in many major cities arounf the  world.


It is simple to operate with the driver parking and leaving the vehicle in the system at ground level. Once the driver leaves the parking safety zone, the vehicle is automatically parked by the system rotating to lift the parked car away from the bottom central position. If the system has an empty parking space available it will bring this to ground level for the next car to be parked.


The parked car can be retrieved by pushing the button on the  control panel for the relevant pallet number the car is parked on. This will start the system to rotate the pallet selected, and will bring  the  car down to ground level and stop ready for the driver to enter the safety zone and reverse the car out of the system.
